4. Service Delivery and Performance

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our satisfaction guarantee policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our reports, including text, graphics, logos, analysis methodologies, and software, is the property of sigmahubovaes or its licensors and is protected by Danish and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Client-specific reports and recommendations prepared for you may be used for your internal business purposes only. You may not share these reports with third parties or use them for commercial purposes beyond your own restaurant operations without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodologies, processes, or non-public information shared by sigmahubovaes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our recommendations will result in specific business outcomes or that software implementations will be error-free. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all information in our reports.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sigmahubovaes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
